I said Trump paused tariffs, you said he did not pause tariffs, I showed you a quote where Trump specifically said he’s pausing tariffs

your argument is without foundation. this can result from a lack of motivation to thoroughly research all aspects of an issue.
when you rush to make an argument and completely skip the process of research you provide completely dissjointed logic that has no merit.

so in this case your argument fails to mention the fact that he is only pausing tariffs on those countries who have contacted him and expressed a desire to resolve this issue. you fail to mention that tariffs were increased on china and kept in place on other countries who have made no effort to resolve this.

this can be an example of politically biased fabrication

It looks like Trump got fooled by the fake tariff rates on the board also, got embarrassed and couldn’t immediately pause them so he had to wait a bit

Most of my friends and family are conservative, trump supporters

People a lot smarter than me were initially on board with the tariffs, because Trump framed it as reciprocal.

Some of them admitted they didn’t realize it was mischaracterized, and that it wasn’t framed how they initially thought it was.

They still support Trump, they still aren’t fans of democrats, but they don’t weirdly double down and get hostile when shown they made a MISTAKE

It happens to everyone man. You made a mistake. You thought the list was 7 trillion, I showed you multiple times it’s not

It’s really not that big of a deal

It does make a lot more sense how you agree with Trump on EVERY SINGLE THING he does, even if he reverses a decision or it contradicts itself

EVERYBODY MAKES MISTAKES AND ARE WRONG. I’ve been wrong tons of times on this site, maybe more than anyone, it’s really not a big deal. You learn
