No he was here illegally and finally got caught. Bless your heart. You aren’t the sharpest tool in the shed are you
He didn’t “finally get caught” lol, he had a withholding of removal” status from a judge so they knew about him and the Trump Administration said themselves his deportation was an “administrative error”

Yup, but he wasn’t deported legally
Federal law says he was

Section 221(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), codified as 8 U.S.C. § 1201(i). It states:
"After the issuance of a visa or other documentation to any alien, the consular officer or the Secretary of State may at any time, in his discretion, revoke such visa or other documentation."
This provision allows the Secretary of State to revoke both immigrant and nonimmigrant visas without specific criteria, though consular officers may also exercise this authority under certain regulations.

Did you even read the article. Leave the Country and return with legal status.

(Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump suggested on Thursday that farmers will be able to petition the federal government to retain some farmworkers in the U.S. illegally, provided the workers leave the country and return with legal status
