The IBT audits all Local's every 5 years.

It would be the equivalent of a cavity search in prison, conducted by a CPA.


Another agent in my Local, had to reimburse the Local for over-tipping on

a cup of coffee. He had just rounded off (to the nearest dollar) but it was

more than 20%. He had to repay .39 cents.

I've said it before and I'll say it again. They are all snakes. They are all connected. We need a slate of honest, hard working Brothers and Sisters to step up. We need a grassroots group. Otherwise things will never change

IBT and grassroots? Good one. You'd have better luck hoping for decertifying UPS and starting over. But even then, a member base of generally truckers and warehouse folk don't necessarily vote with the same, eh, vigilance as skilled trades.
