Got a call from the guy covering my route, till they bid it. Orion guy went through and changed all the pick up times. Apparently they dont care if businesses are closed, as long as Orion can work
He got to 3 that had people waiting, and bitching, they closed 1/2 hr before he got there.
Because the Orion guy had a very bad day, when he went with a trainee. So changing pick ups times just fixed everything.
Ill help my brothers/friends, but when management texts me, its 300 $ an hour consult fee.
3 weeks before I quit, they had the smartest Orion guy ever alive, talk with me, I gave him the fixes, the mistakes, on the clock. He told me the next day its friend"ed up, cant fix without relooping. He also told management, yet they still try.
Cover got in @ 645, and they were all like You just bombed June, we knew it was her. He said, I am taking my 45 minutes of breaks and lunches right now. Oh my you cant do that, you will be 2 hrs late, you are 1.25 late right now.
Thats what it takes to do the route.
