I have been reading a lot of the posts...

Its like when someone doesn't get what they want and say they are going to grieve it, bring it, I am not caving to you because you are throwing a temper tantrum (you know who you are and you try it weekly).

I can promise you if you work with me, I would never hand you a grievance. Unless I was confident I was going to win. No need for tantrums at least for me. If you’re a fair manager likely won’t be many problems anyway.
