Its like when someone doesn't get what they want and say they are going to grieve it, bring it, I am not caving to you because you are throwing a temper tantrum (you know who you are and you try it weekly).

this is the easiest type of manager to deal with. You know where you stand so there should be no discussion when there is a grievance brought. File, sign, wait, get paid
