Yes. I tip a days pay (my loaders pay, not mine lol) and I send home something for my loader's kids.
Seems it is more old timers that tip the loaders if it is an everyday loader.

That's the spirit.Usually it's $50 for loader, and $50 for the helper.
This year it's $100 for the helper since he is taking a beating due to the mess the loader leaves me with.
It's not easy but a little effort goes a long way.
My loader sucks. He gets nada. If I had a good one I would have no problems giving $50-100.
