tipping loaders

Do any of you drivers ever tip your loaders for x-mas?

I try to give tips on proper loading but they seem to go in one ear and out the other.

Yes. I tip a days pay (my loaders pay, not mine lol) and I send home something for my loader's kids.

Seems it is more old timers that tip the loaders if it is an everyday loader.

My first peak as a loader my drivers had 24, 15, and maybe 5 years respectively. Each one stuffed an envelope for me.

If you have the same loader everyday and they do a good job I don't see how you can't tip.

Preloading is not as easy as you think.

Usually it's $50 for loader, and $50 for the helper.

This year it's $100 for the helper since he is taking a beating due to the mess the loader leaves me with.

My loader sucks. He gets nada. If I had a good one I would have no problems giving $50-100.
