How does one figure out the top rate for a certain postion ? Also does top pay change from contract to contract ?

Top per per position, and yes...it goes up every year.

1. Top rate may vary depending upon where you work. For example, I "only" make $31.42/hr because part of our raises have been diverted to our pension.
