It's a lot smaller than Atlanta, but ALOT nicer area to deliver in and live. Word has it they just bought a huge chunk of land off 575, some sort of super hub going there. As in a good way or bad? I'm assuming it's a much smaller hub, might be harder to transfer. I've been with UPS 12yrs and worked in small and big hubs, they both have their +/-.
Needless to say, those aren't drivers. Empty seats go empty, unless they play a 10pm game. Even with all the empty seats, we still don't see any tickets given outFrom what I have seen on TBS you should have no problem getting Braves' tickets.

No idea. I know tickets for events are given out, just not to drivers.Does Corporate have a box at any of the local stadiums?

Nope. Nothing is done to motivate extra donations for UW.Not even as a UW fundraiser?
yep ... all major sports and some lesser ones.Does Corporate have a box at any of the local stadiums?
Interesting ... I did an Optimum Building Location analysis back in the early 80's that led to the purchase of a large parcel of land in Kennesaw which we consequently sold to FedEx. The demographics of that area indicated we could not staff the facility. Now there is a major 4 year University across the street. It's a lot smaller than Atlanta, but ALOT nicer area to deliver in and live. I bet we wish we still had that land.
Now we'll probably buy another smaller parcel of land and it will be a screwed up design like the Pdale hub. Pdale was built on 38 acres with a 75 acre footprint building and trailer staging design. We have probably spent as much money trying to correct that building than we spent on it initially.
Ouch!!That sounds like when they built our new center around 1990. Company bought two parcels in a new industrial park planning to someday expand. Then, they put the building on the wrong parcel. The end they designed to expand from is opposite the still empty land.
