Hoe long have you been a contractor?25 miles from Distribution Center to City being delivered to. City is approximately 25000 people
All you have to do is to check the Fedex Ground maintenance "suggestion" guide page 1 "Don't fix it when it's broke. Fix it when it quits running".Depends on the ages of your trucks. I would be doing it based on mileage.
wasn't your SM a stickler though? Our ground trucks look like they just came from the factory, mostly primer. Some of them even say "FedEx"..... only the new contractors say "FedEx Ground".Absolutely wrong around here.

A growing problem contractors are having is being sent out overloaded, hauling that stolen motor freight on steps. cutaways and panel vans that are built on 3/4 and 1 ton chassis that are really nothing more than pickup truck undercarriages . X Ground doesn't care. It's not their truck but it's their specifications and that's the growing problem .....underspeced . Just too damn lightIf they are older internationals with miles on them $300 per week

Workhorses $45,000 per week, you'll need to buy a different one every week to keep them going
