I didn't say he was getting my vote I said he might. I'm aware he supported the assault weapons ban. I still need to do research I still got a few months. One things for sure Clinton will not receive my vote.

If Trump does just 4 things, he'll be the greatest president in our lifetime.

1. Build the wall.
2. Lower the national debt.
3. Bring jobs back to the U.S.
4. Destroy ISIS.

I get that it's all about the Second Amendment for you, but I have not heard either Hillary or the Donald say anything about it. Maybe I've just missed that part of the rhetoric. Trump is like a weathervane, so I'd imagine he's recanted on the assault weapons ban because his target audience in now different. Please remember that Trump was once a Democrat.

Since when does the president decide on the second amendment??

That function is in the hands of the supreme court and the cases that come before it. If a case challenging the interpretation of the second amendment makes it to the supreme court ( as they presently are), it will be the courts decision regardless of what president is in office.

If trump wins, so what? That offers you no protections. Just because he may appoint a conservatard to the bench, that doesnt mean the majority will vote with him.

If Hillary wins, again, so what? That doesnt mean the bench will take away your precious guns. I am sure you will still have the right to shoot yourself, your wife and kids or neighbors at will, even if Hillary wins two terms.

The types of guns will still be regulated however, and the supreme court has given the states that right in the Heller v DC ruling. What people dont understand about HELLER, is that DC is NOT a state, and the ruling only applied to DC and not the rest of the country.

There are other cases moving through the system presently, and they too, will make it to the supreme court sometime in the future.

But dont worry, you will still have time to plan your massacre, family wipeout, or whatever sets you off sometime in your lifetime that will require the use of your precious steel courage.

Having Trump as president offers you no protections.

Trump as president however, will hurt you in other ways. His "i want to build up the military" will bankrupt this country and you will get to pay for it all down the road, that is, unless you use your guns to relieve yourself of the debt.

The coal industry affects tens of thousands of americans each and every year. Health costs are skyrocketing in coal towns due to breathing issues in children and cancers in adults, but YOU, wouldnt have it any other way.
