Why not have a change of venue to where there's a larger representation of Republicans? Supposed to be tried by a jury of his peers.
That case was put on hold pending the decision from SCOTUS deciding whether he had presidential immunity or not.

The few times I served on a jury, I don't ever remember the Defense or the Prosecution asking for my voting record. It's a criminal trial not a political trial you try to make it out to be.

Look at the document evidence the Prosecution presented. It was the paper trail that got trump convicted. It is never the crime but the cover up.
Democrats would be screaming bloody murder if after 4 years as President, Biden were facing criminal charges in an area as red as Manhattan is blue.

I think you know you'd care about an area voting 87% Republican if Biden were facing criminal charges there. Trump is the left's most hated man. It matters in this case.
