And that makes it so? It's one thing for Russia to use tactical nukes against Ukraine to regain an advantage. Horrible absolutely, but maybe not surprising. But for us to use such weapons against Russia invites an all out nuclear war. Have you not considered that they say these things to scare their own people and make them think the government is protecting them against those evil Americans?
