Keep in mind tens of thousands of couriers managed to save for a comfortable retirement despite the length of time it took to top out. Some retired comfortably and never topped out. Do you know how? Nobody that worked with me had trouble retiring comfortably and plenty of them never topped out. Some of us eat lunch regularly and not a single one lives in their car.

I have never said they didn't have the right to change over to a new pension plan. My criticism is in how they changed over. And of the way they handled midrange raises for many years, lying to people in how long it would take to top out. I imagine being honest with employees and settling for less profit to take care of employees would make you shudder.
