UnionStrong

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
I have given at least something to every loader at peak, better they are the more they get.

And how exactly is he a sucker?

Also funny how first you claim he didn’t want to work full time hours, then he says how many hours he works and you completely reverse and still criticize. How pathetic
Settle down
He is taking advantage of a loophole
If he is working that many hours it should be a full time job.

That is why we do not allow that to happen here anymore

He is working full time while getting a part time pension.

Why is it OK for the company to work him like a full timer, and not create a new full time job instead?

Basically they save money on pension contributions, don’t have to guarantee him any hours, and keep the union from being paid full time dues.

This is been explained over and over again what @PT Car Washer. Is doing is allowing the company to take a full-time job from someone by using him outside of contractual language and gloating about it.

Where is "here"? The BOG where you have FT delivery drivers standing by everyday on the clock waiting for a possible emergency to go out and take over a route or cover pick ups? I don't believe you.

How is it a loophole? Everyone keeps saying that, but unless I’m missing something, he is doing union work, and union work must be done by union employees before it can be done by supervisors.

Why are you not more upset at the company for not creating this full time job?

And I still don’t see how that makes him a sucker… he’s working full time hours at his discretion with overtime after 5 hours
