Nothing secret about it.
Every desk and every phone had a printed one before they put the online PDF up.
They update it yearly but I don't see who would use it much outside of the CSCs and Customer Concerns group.
Everybody that has a PC with Outlook installed has a much better resource than the PDF Atlas directory.

I know that this is probably a long-shot, but do you still have this directory? I need the number of an area manager. My Account Manager is being very uncooperative. I just want an Area Manager's phone number.

Unfortunately my VP (Canada) has been absent with sickness for some time now. Ever since then everything has slowly gone to hell. It's now getting out of hand.
Also you can see the contact info for the person who you report to on upsers.com
Then click their name and you can see their boss. And keep going up the chain
