Do they manually pull them, or enter them into their system that they are K/C? Worst time was when they closed an entire major university, when only a couple of offices were closed.

Actually, I think it is one of their "plans", because it happens most all the time on these minor holidays. That is what the sups say anyway.

They enter them in to the system as closed.

They did miss two of the stops but I was able to indirect them.

Yes, Canada is closed today----traffic on our major route through town is ridiculous.

It takes less than 5 minutes to update and print the list. I hand it to our PDS who then updates the plan. Beats the hell out of going through the car tomorrow morning tossing out 200 pkgs as CLO H.
