FT top scale that accurately reflects our area cost of living. This issue is clearly a known factor through the use of the MRA and the activation of the COLA.

Make the 9.5 penalty an automatic payout on your check just like OT.

Transition out of 22.4’s and revert to previous contracts language on staffing T-S and W-Su with RPCD’s based on seniority.
