UPS Tuition Assitance

Hi I was wondering if I could apply for tuition assistance for a previous year like 2015? I applied this year for my classes but was approved because in had enough fasts but I did take out a loan for a computer for school thinking the Ups would reemburest me but they don't reemburest for laptops/ computers. So I was going to try to apply for a previous year but didn't know of I could do that. I've never used the reembursement at all for school.
