I took a 10 week truck driving class at a public technical college in 2008. I submitted through Earn and Learn and they paid it. It was a very good deal, I think I only had to pay a few hundred dollars difference.
That was my experience, I have no clue how Earn and Learn works now.

Why would you pay for training that UPS provides for the price of giving up a weeks vacation. Put your name on the feeder list and don't waste your time and money on a driving school.

Ask HR....I doubt it...I think it only covers classes taken on an actual college or online classes. I could be mistaken.
