Glasses reimbursement/payments are the issue I think you are talking about as anyone with a stronger prescription gets heavily penalized by not reimbursing hi index lenses more. Most other companies solve this by allowing for a flexible spending account.

There was never ever gonna be a strike it was entirely kabuki theatre. In all likelihood this contract was agreed upon years ago
