$25 extra per week would be an insult. The only way I could justify it is if you gave it as a one time bonus, perhaps at Christmas.

We're talking stop density, not total stop count. A route that does 160 stops and drives 150 miles is not like the route that does 150 stops and drives 75 miles.

The latter. Remember, it's been said .there may not be many opportunities, which plays right into the contractors hands .Those young dudes won't be young for long doing this work.
They will be younger than the UPS guys doing this work but not as rich.
Are you saying that your crates weigh less and therefore there is less repetitive motion involved?
I’m saying they will lift fewer of them.
Show us your numbers or one can only conclude that you're seeking to console yourself with the belief that your lower work loads is in balance with your lower pay.
