center manager and my rep sat down and he asked in a smart tone "what is this 10 min down time for"? I kindly asked "how long does it take you to take a and properly wipe your @$&hole"? The room was so quite you could of heard a pin hit the floor. No more questing after that one.

And why am I not even the least bit surprised.

Good thing that bathroom didn't have a glory hole. Explanation of that 20 min down time could of made everyone real uncomfortable.
