Folks get it in their heads that they're somehow indispensable.

The job is a grind. UPS does not care about us personally. We are just meat in the seat. Having said that, there’s nothing more automatic then getting some decent seniority and coming to work every day and making six figures at this company.

It’s so mundane I think some guys get bored.

Yeah... I don't know the details of the cases I'm thinking of, just rumors I'm hearing. I question whether the driver actually didn't realize they may have been involved or caused the accidents. People make some stupid ass decisions sometimes.

We’ve had people fired here for that plenty. Driving off area to go home and not punch out habitually. Just stupid.
