New year, new me. Thanks for the sticking up for me. These mud ducks are always trying to act like they are concerned giving some meaningless and useless advice. Who needs that crap? This is toughlove central and if someone comes on here, they are getting the the real deal, I got no time for handholding!

We get a lot of former p/t managers in freight from package and what they keep telling us is that the easiest way to go full time in package is to go full time in freight and then transfer back to package once they get some time in. Yes pay is definitely different, we get paid less but have less stress then a package driver. I am not a manager so I cannot tell you about benefits and pay for management only drivers and dock workers.
