When do they stop making you help other drivers?

That happens to me. The office messages me to take 10-15 stops and the driver gives me 25. I guess my only option is to grow a pair and tell the driver no.

If the office tells you to take 10-15 stops, do not take 25.

Nothing pisses me off more than coming back to the bldg only to watch the "slammed" driver who I was forced to help walking out to his car.

If it is a tight residential area there really is no sense going in there just for 10 stops and having run off the other 15.

So instead of taking 10, you opt to take 25 and are still upset when the "slammed" driver you were forced to help gets done before you?

On the same token whenever I need help I always give the driver the easy stuff and keep the ty deliveries for myself.

I agree, thats what I do. I do not take his board and look though. I trust him until he gives me a reason not to, then I remember.

I went over 9.5 every day that week cause of helping and delivering crazy amounts of misloads. Will I win a over grievance?
