Sounds like a shot at UPS Teamsters. Everyone has their opinions but I can say one thing. My General Membership meetings are usually 60% or more UPS guys.

They aren't jaded by complacency.... and shun, a feeling of entitlement.

My Local has resorted to quartley (not monthly).... Local Union meetings.

And, half of the membership are p***y UPS people.

Because your local is in some podunk town and many don't want to go there except for the ones that have actual issues that the local refuses to solve?

Or

That the BA for UPS does his job well and only the constant complainers feel the need to show up?

How many BAs do you have that cover UPS in your Local? We have 3.



Also if your local is only doing quarterly meeting that's sounds like a all around local problem of getting members involved not just UPS.
