They already do use them during peak?22.4’s will most likely be going away. PVDs are certainly a wildcard. I know O’Brien want them gone. but I could see some sort of deal to use them only during peak only with strict rules we shall see.

There’s a bunch of guys in our center who lives going code 05 during peak, then there were others who wanted the OT hours, in our center they seemed to take care of both camps.Yeah especially when you're asking guys the code 05 during Peak when PVD's are working

Yeah I agree. Some of the guys I talk to are afraid to ask for over 8 hours for fear it will go back to the way it used to be back in the day, overloaded everyday, they enjoy the light work load. Can’t have it both ways.I get that but we fought hard over the decades what we have now

The Union negotiated them a minimum wage job and the company gave them a $4/hr raise. Ungrateful slobs.Just convinced another part time brother to commit to going on strike if it occurs He sounded like he didn’t even know what the union was for. Not surprised if a very large portion of part timers truly understand.
