30 inches of snow (notice how I specified snow) would close down anyplace----anywhere. The difference is how long it takes them to dig out.

We got about 60 + in a 3 week span last year ,, it was brutal ,, cold too , so it never melted till late spring , thank God it was a slow melt so the basements didn't flood !!

Last year we got about 40". We've had multiple storms over the last 5 years that have been 15"-25" per storm.
