Buying lottery tickets. I am always amazed at how much money people throw away buying lottery tickets.

And the funds from the lottery disproportionally goes to middle class schools. It's a pretty regressive tax, if you will. So poor people subsidize the families of the middle class.

In my state, 60% of my property tax goes just to the skool system.... I rip off the band aid quickly by writing a $14,000 check in one shot,this month... not paying quarterly

If you like to claim exemptions to have less tax withheld just use step 3 of the new form.

Claim an extra kid or two.
