Only if we get a raise. If the contract is renegotiated because it was turned down we could lose the raises and pension increases in exchange for eliminating the 22.4 language.

The 22.4 won’t be taken off the table. We will have to strike over this. The rest of the pie being divided up differently is spot on. Taking the pension increase off the table will be a hard but very possible reality.

Could have been the contract when the Teamsters agreed to a two tier wage for PT. Reagan was President and fired the air traffic controllers and the economy was in terrible shape. We had a three year contract back then.
