Seat belt violations, had over 1300 in my center the first week of peak lol.
I have not heard a peep about sales leads in years. Our mgmt runs as few routes as possible, I guess they are scared more pickups would mean they had to run more routes. They don't even say anything about pickup compliance.Sales Leads!
Was that an invite? This childish stuff is precisely why i couldnt go into supervision. Id be like YOU CAN KISS MY BALLS IF YOU THINK IM A TREAT GROWNASCZZ MEN AND WOMEN THAT WAY lmfao. Just ridiculous nonsense every single day, day in and day out.
And their idiotic games everyday are CLASSICALLY GETTING ON MY GODD DAMM NERVES lmfao.
LMAOWow,,,,don't take it so seriously Dragon,,,,what happened Jumpman23 to that advice?? Work as instructed or start your own company and do it your way! Happy New Year!
If you work 12 a day year round what is peak?
500 feet.It will likely be stops per car, ORION compliance, and back first exceptions. Our supervisors hadn't said a word abut ORION since sometime in mid summer. But we all know corporate still thinks it's a safe and affective program so they'll be pushing it to try and recoup some of the profits they lost by running more routes during peak for the second year in a row. LOL!
Back first exceptions were a VERY hot item here right up until peak started. It is one of the more bizarre metrics I've seen as a driver. And they won't even give us a threshold (distance we need to move forward before backing) so that we can maybe eliminate some. LOL! And moving forward the length of two package cars doesn't count as moving forward first but accidentally rolling back less than a foot counts as backing first. LOL! These fools love setting us up for failure. Its sad but hilarious.
500 feet.
That's what my Sup told us.I've heard that and other numbers too but none were given to me with any certainty. It's a silly metric either way.

I get the most of my back firsts from parking on the corners if the block. Is it?
There is nothing wrong with positioning the car so that you can drive to your next stop w/o delay.
????I get rhe ost of my back firsts from parking on the corners if the block.
Yes. I need to put my glasses on.????
