We better see the writing on the wall. Commander Carol just bought "Roadie", a same-day delivery company. Your crazy if you think Carol is going to make those jobs union. They are developing a strategy to hire a whole workforce of permanent PVD drivers for same-day delivery.

(Sold 1,400 sq/ft west coast house for $1.7M, bought 5,000 sq/ft east coast house for $650K. The California Dream is not the same as it once was IMO)

It's already increased in value by 100K! My car registration is $20 here , $550 in California. My boat is in a slip, on a lake here, California has no water. I can breathe fresh air here in the summer, California has wildfire smoke. The beer is way better here too!
