air rate was 34.12 inside night hub rate was 21.50 even when you look at the pay rate its full time air driver rate. and i'm listed as a full time employee. both jobs are combo jobs. the air/night is a 22.3 combo and the car wash/preload is 22.3
We not talking about them, he said he started over 3 years ago....because they do...
"We" weren't talking about anything. I was, in fact, talking to someone else. As a statement, "Air drivers have a 4 year progression" is inaccurate. We not talking about them, he said he started over 3 years ago
If he had seniority by July 31st of 2018 He would have her 2-year error rate progression if he started after that it would be a 4-year.We not talking about them, he said he started over 3 years ago
I know, I was in progression on that dateIf he had seniority by July 31st of 2018 He would have her 2-year error rate progression if he started after that it would be a 4-year.
All those 22.3 jobs are paying in the ass because they always screw up the payroll
They make this stuff so damn complicated it's ridiculous sometimesI know, I was in progression on that date

Let's ask @BigUnionGuyI started before July it was in june when I started
If you asked them, why are you on here asking what article to file? I would imagine you'd ask your BA what article since he/she said you'd keep your progression credit.I did ask. Asked the shop Steward and the BA both said I would be at 34 because I completed the progression and it's a 22.3 classification. Because the old job I would be at my part time pay but if I go inside on both it would be at 34 because I already completed progression and I shouldn't have to go through it again.
Sounds to me like he is in year three of his four year full time inside progression and should have stayed in his old job.Let's ask @Bubblehead
