They usually fire you the last day before your 3 month probation is up.

If the answer is yes then you did not properly do your job.

Considering your the guy who after 2 weeks thinks that loading trailers isn't for him...and wants to switch to the unload....possibly.

The only way you get fired in my building is by not showing up for 3 days and that's not even enough sometimes.

I wouldn't sweat it. Especially this close to peak.
