I use to go through my air when I was still in package and would find 2-3 misloads a week. I just couldn’t get over the fact that customers pay up the nose for this service and we weren’t getting it to them on time. You would think mgt would appreciate that but they just wanted you to get out of the building…they really didn’t care.
