UnionStrong

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
Listen, every one of you knew what you signed up for and why. It's a good deal. It's hard to show up everyday, but that's exactly what my generation gets criticized for. Not wanting to do what you guys had to do for less buying power.

Boo hoo you had to endure exactly what you expected to endure and had union protection and were garunteed a living wage if you just show up and do the minimum. Sounds :censored2:ing great. That's why I'm here. To survive. Does it suck? Sure. Do I think it makes me special that I chose to do it and stuck with it? Nope. It makes me someone without a better option. Get off your high horses. It's just work with good pay.

Pretty sure it's just based and offensive.
I'm not wrong, it just hurts to hear the blunt truth when you've been motivating yourself to show up for 30 years.
No, you’re wrong, it’s not offensive. It’s hilarious.. with your attitude, you won’t make it 4 years to scale as a driver before you quit, get terminated or go to into management. This isn’t a guess. This is the actual truth. Seen it over and over again. The best drivers are the ones who figured out what the guys who managed to stay that long did and follow the footsteps. This isn’t a generational thing. It’s an attitude.

This is a dying forum. There is little to learn here. Even the UPS related topics are just you 7 dudes repeating yourselves and droping sick boomer burns.
Seven dudes that figured it out. Try and learn.

And for the record, I do actually enjoy the physical work. More often than not, it’s just the management nonsense that gets people pushed over the edge. Learn to deal with that you got it made.. I’ve always told people they pay $10 an hour to do the work, every dollar an hour after that is to put up with their BS.
