The double standard on certain rules causes problems in our building. Full timers pay 2.5 hours in union dues a month. Partimers pay 2.5 hours in unions dues a month. Yet drivers can’t be forced in for a 6th punch. But, all part timers are. I like having the option . They are not happy.

Thanks. This Saturday last year was so bad it got our center manager fired. Overhead the dispatcher saying she is using the same plan again this year. More people out of hours than have them I think. Should be a good show.
