Hmm ..heard similar “advice” from the “take your time paid by the hour” old farts when I was a rookie . Glad I didn’t listen to them and I’m doing just fine 16 years later

I'll take 8 hour days every day if they'll let me but I'm not going to cry to management if they give me 10 hour days every day... though I will file a grievance.

I'm in one of the areas with the voluntary 70 hr. Its optional. Only people working 6 days a week are choosing to.

Well they can't force us to work over 60 hours but they are trying to keep some of the drivers under 10 hours a day so they have room for a 6-punch.
They're being forced it's not voluntary
