They gave us a speech yesterday trying to get us top seniority guys to work today

Funny we got that same talk. Did it happen to inspire anyone? I came in at 8 for 5th 11 hour day in a row to see that only LOL had signed up for Saturday. I appreciate his dedication though come to think about it....ive never met him. Must be a 22.4 or something

These young guys just don't have experience, they really don't have to do when they're not running their normal routes.
I like making my money especially double time. I'm just worn out I'm not going to drop dead for these people

I have said since almost day 1. The money is nice. The benefits are good. But what truly made the job worth it was every single weekend off. Without that I would have went the trade route and done without most of the BS.
People can only do so much. Everyone is worn out

Cannot agree more. Money is wonderful but not at the cost of my sanity. Peak season i don't care but beginning of May? No thank you
