One maybe 2?You sure made enough threads about it...
%99 percent of our drivers signed itWhy? Maybe they don't mind working late? The union set it up as to give a choice.

They’re too scared to file a 9.5 grievance anyways
Definitely threw a wrench in things, but it was more about economics than a virus in my opinion.Covid 19 wasn't in my plan. Lol

I will say we were super essential and they worked us like dogs that year lol
Nothing wrong with your thought process. The problem is the company generally will not comply.I don't understand why not signing up for 9.5 is bad for people that do sign up for it. why should I give up overtime if I'm ok with it? there's lots of people in america that love getting overtime. like police detectives when they arrest a suspect end up working a 22hour shift and make like 4 grand in a single day. now I'm not saying there's something wrong with you if you don't love overtime, i'm sure it's because you'd rather spend time with your family than make a dollar a minute. but how does me making a dollar a minute hurt you? why can't the demand be, give the 14 hour days to the drivers who want it and give the work life balance to the workers who want that? why do we all have to want the same thing?
Company man.I worked nine Christmas Eve and nine New Year’s Eve
Well, I didn’t work the day after Thanksgiving so there’s that.Company man.

I definitely agree with that and when I tell you, I worked nine hours on New Year’s Eve. I really use the term work very loosely. I don’t even know why we bother with that day. What a waste of time and money for the company. It's hard to pass up that money but it does get old sometimes
