The western conference covers both part and full time people. It's 2 part time years = one full time year pension credit unless you are a part timer who drives or double shifts then theoretically you could earn a full time credit working pt.
and the really good part is that the Western Conference fund has many different industries that contribute to it...not just trucking or UPS; actually UPS is a very small part of the fund all together so it stays very strong
that's why it's important for part timers to get as much overtime as they caN or drive saturday air because the extra hours to your pension will make a big difference later on
