You think black people are worse doctors because they are black? Cool totally racist theory you have there.
You really believe the great replacement theory. You do know it’s white supremacist thought, right? Do you stop to question why you believe something when you are agreeing with Hitler?
One strawman after another.
Your arguments are pathetic lady.

It's not about some theory. It's about stated goals by Left leaning advocates. Not to completely replace white people, but to reduce standards in order to make things "equitable." Plenty of minorities have proven they can meet and pass set standards in their fields so why is it necessary to dumb down standards, especially in fields where it can be life or death to do so?
So you believe black people are not legitimately getting into medical school by merit. They are not legitimately finishing medical school to become doctors. Then they are hired but paid less because they aren’t really qualified. This makes sense to you?

I believe some are earning it, sure. And some are given a pass in the name of equity. We haven't discussed starting pay but generally people are paid better over time according to performance. It's what you bring to the table in terms of how much you can make a hospital or private practice. We'll have to break down stats but could be more black doctors choose to work at hospitals in black areas as opposed to going into private practice in more affluent areas. Any time we hear cries of racism it almost always involve activists making claims that often don't hold up under scrutiny but they've twisted stats to suit their ends and eager folk like you gobble it up.

Common sense is that you presented a flawed study. You look at the flaws and accuse others of being racist. You lack common sense.

So you think doctors that treat primarily black patients should get paid less?

Black individuals decided to accept less pay than their white counter parts on average is what the data shows. Not a cabal of racists running our medical industry making sure blacks make less.
Just like women decided to accept less pay than their male counter parts.

I don’t get why individual choices are so hard for you people to understand. Everything has to be group identity with you and racist conspiracy theories.
black male doctors don't know they are making less money. You are being irrational as hell. Do you really believe that if black male doctors knew white male doctors who work the same level of experience, have the same speciality, work the same hours were making $64000 a year more than they are, that black male doctors would be okay with accepting less? This is the kind of irrational thinking one has to come up with to explain huge racial disparities when that person can’t admit anti black racism is the key. Pitiful

Notice, not one person attempted to address any of the factual data about racism I supplied. How does a non racist nation decade after decade continue to have higher rates of black unemployment. In that black people have 1.6 to 2 times higher unemployment than white people with the same level of education?

how does one explain black male doctors in the same specialities with the same experience who work similar hours earn over $64000 less per year than white male doctors?

How does one explain how black male children born to wealthy or well to do families as adults earn less than white male children born to well to do families?

I am telling anyone that wants to know. That once you start looking at these huge racial disparities that are in all aspects of American society, it’s hard to look away. It’s hard to not know.

once one starts looking at the breadth and the depth of these racial disparities it becomes nearly impossible not to conclude that a huge element in explaining those disparities is anti black racism.

this is irrational thinking, if black male doctors are systematically paid less, they are also treated worse within the medical profession. But question becomes why would you be ok with these huge racial disparities? Why should black doctors earn over $64000 less? Why should black people have a 1.6 to 2 times higher unemployment rate than whites people with the same level of education? Why do black male children, who were tracked from 1989 to 2015, born to wealthy families earn less money than white male children born to wealthy families?
How does a non racist nation keep producing decade after decade these large enduring wide spread racial disparities?

If America wants the racism discussion to stop, eliminating these huge across the board racial disparities is the key.

this is irrational thinking
Yes I know you are irrational making claims you have no proof of. Prove it is racism and not bad negotiating on behalf of these individuals who happen to be black.

Oh boy now we are getting to the fun part. What crack pot big government power grab do we need to make you stop crying about your delusional conspiracy theory that takes agency away from black individuals while negotiating their wages?

This is too easy. What would one expect to find in a racist nation? One would expect the group that experiences racism to be doing worse than the groups that don’t experience racism. You’d expect that when you measured the group facing racism to the group not facing racism that there would be this pattern of group racial disparities across a wide range of social metrics.
Well that’s what we find in America, we find the group targeted by racism to being doing worse across a wide range of social metrics.

I don’t find your argument that it’s just a coincidence that black people have worse outcomes as terribly compelling.
