I know this is a bad analogy but it's kind of like "too big to fail" except Amazon is built on such a huge powder keg that even organizers are too scared to set it off.

They would not even need to retain their existing employees, a picket of former employees, random folks even, would clog up the revolving door enough to stop everything.
