Any advice to get in with freight

I am a seasonal driver coming off the road as an otr driver and want to be home with family more. I don't think there will be any position for me after season and goal is to get in with freight since that is what I do best. Any advice on the best way to get in will be helpful. Thanks

No easy way in unless you know people. Just do the best you can everyday and let the chips fall where they may.
