Doesn’t matter anymore. More players were using than weren’t, IMO if the guy pitching and the guy hitting to a guy fielding were all on it, then who cares it all balances out.
I disagree, I think more players weren't using. We'll never know though.
Mick, we know Donnie baseball didn't. Think it's time for an avatar change. I love Elston and Yogi, but the hit man is sounding good till series is over.

I think a lot of you don't realize Bonds hit a majority of his home runs in in AT&T park left handed. Not a home run friendly park, especially for left handers.

Stan the man was a better hitter than Yaz , no doubt , but Yaz was a great defensive player and also hit over .350 in two loosing WS , also he probably had one of the single greatest seasons of any player all time in 1967 with clutch hits and that glove , most likely would have won Ws if Tony Conigliaro didn’t get hurt , what a tragidy that was !!!
