Hey, that ain't me... It's the crazy politicians in California.

Personally, I don't think that can really happen, nor do I want it to.

I do wonder what the outcome would've been without the cheating though. Oh well.
The outcome would be the same.:happy2:

MLB has no plans to strip Astros, Red Sox of World Series titles, says commissioner Rob Manfred

Major League Baseball has no plans to strip recent World Series titles from the Houston Astros or Boston Red Sox, according to commissioner Rob Manfred.

In his first public interview since announcing historic penalties for the Astros last week, Manfred told Fox Business Network that MLB will honor the "long tradition in baseball of not trying to change what happened.

"I think the answer from our perspective is to be transparent about what the investigation showed and let our fans make their own decision about what happened," Manfred said Wednesday.

The Los Angeles City Council was rediculous in even suggesting it. Typical Cali politics that @MAKAVELI enjoys so much. :teethy:

Uhhh the fans have made a decision Manfred. They hate you and think the players should be held accountable for their cheating.

This is black Sox level scandal where players were banned for LIFE!!!!! In my opinion every player on that team should have been suspended the entire year. Then strip their first few rounds of draft picks next year so they don’t benefit from being terrible.

Furthermore, the players should donate the money they got for winning the world series to a charity. But they won't because they don't give a :censored2: about cheating.

I also think, that since these guys cheated, they should send there wives to my house to cheat as well. I mean fair is fair.

I love how some of them are speaking out that certain players (altuve) didn’t want anything to do with the cheating. He’s a stand up guy blah blah blah.

If he was that great of a guy he wouldn’t have sat quietly by and let it go on.

Over-under on Astros batters getting hit by pitches in 2020 season set at 83.5 by William Hill

The Houston Astros have faced a large amount of criticism due to their sign-stealing scandal that has dominated headlines during the offseason. With that in mind, William Hill sportsbook set an over/under on the number of Astros batters that will be hit by pitches in the 2020 season at 83.5.

Both the over and under options for 83.5 are at -110. That would be about one batter hit every other game, according to SportsLine.

I'll go with the over. :teethy:

Could MLB start in Arizona ... in May? Answering the big questions

Could there be Major League Baseball games as early as May? It's not entirely out of the question. The league and the players' union are discussing a plan that could land all 30 teams in Arizona amid the coronavirus pandemic.

MLB responded in a statement Tuesday that it's just one of several contingencies being considered and that the league has "not settled on that option or developed a detailed plan." Still, the baseball world is buzzing over the possibility.
