Any helpers working Dec. 29-31?

I thought new contract states they ups can use helpers until the 3rd full week in January? I expect routes to be cut and everyone has a helper?

& I believe the helper work needs to first be offered to the laid off drivers (qualified or in the process of qualifying) at the bottom of the seniority list or it's hello grievances.

I doubt many helpers will be used since ups had no back log they are ahead of the volume so I see January being smooth

Especially with Amazon's after Christmas deals, & if you're lucky enough to be in a college town. Sarcasm.
