yea i heard that too about the immigration.

the housing is cheap there. compare tokyo population 37 million with any local city here and id put good money that its cheaper

for example in my city its one of the best public transport in north america, and by EU standards it would be one of the worst. if you live near the train then you dont really need a car.

us life expectancy only 76 years now. some of hte best EU countries live almost 10 years more than USA now.
