Are driver helpers allowed to pick which drivers they assist?

Find out from the drivers you want to work with how long they generally keep their helpers. During peak they take a big chunk of residential off of me and at best I use a helper for just a few hours. Other drivers will pick up their helpers after they get done with NDA and then keep them all day.

I only get tanked on non work nights as...actually on my way for a 30 pack and a bottle of Jim beam as we does cause this cowboys on vacation

The 30 pack would last at least 2 months and the Jim Beam would sit unopened.
